Connect to your inner Healer

The fast-paced, and busy life's we lead in our modern culture is exhausting for the nervous system which often doesn't get the chance to fully switch off and deeply rest.

Join Glenn Polley on a six week journey to understand how the nervous system works and  the key areas of the the body where that manifests.

You will learn a simple Qigong ‘cleanse’ routine that helps us both connect to your body and allow it to let go of held tensions as well as simple techniques and practices to loosen the lower back, relax the digestive system, and let go of tension in the neck and shoulders.

You will go away feeling clear and empowered with simple practices that can be easily done at home to find some peace amongst the chaos.

Glenn has not only helped me become so much more aware of my body, my needs and my emotional and spiritual wellbeing, but also a whole new perspective towards the connection of body, mind and soul.

Glenn Polley

Shiatsu Therapist and Teacher

Having cancer in his late 20's stimulated Glenn to immerse himself into the study and practice of both Qigong and Shiatsu in 1994 as an inquiry into how our deep mental and emotional patterning creates the template via the nervous system by which we interact with the world around us.

For the past 10 years Glenn has specialised in working with complex trauma in his clinical practice, informed greatly by his clients and in working in the high needs disability sector. He has understood that the state of ones nervous system is fundamental to ones overall state of being. When it is ‘switched on’, it manifests in consistent areas of the body and limits ones ability to function and thrive. He has put together a class program of exercises that can be done simply at home to ‘switch it off’ and activate the body’s innate healing mechanism and also runs post-graduate practitioner training on working with the Nervous System.
