the Nervous System

A Six-week Course learning Simple Practices and Resources for Relaxation and Self-Empowerment.

Connect to your
inner Healer

The fast-paced, and busy life's we lead in our modern culture is exhausting for the nervous system which often doesn't get the chance to fully switch off and deeply rest.

Join Glenn Polley on a six week journey to understand how the nervous system works and  the key areas of the the body where that manifests.

You will learn a simple Qigong ‘cleanse’ routine that helps us both connect to your body and allow it to let go of held tensions as well as simple techniques and practices to loosen the lower back, relax the digestive system, and let go of tension in the neck and shoulders.

You will go away feeling clear and empowered with simple practices that can be easily done at home to find some peace amongst the chaos.

Who is it for?

What you will get

Unable to switch off?

If you do, then you will very likely have aches, pains or tensions and niggles in the body that impair living a full and free life.

The following problems are indicators your nervous system is spending too long in the fight-flight mode.

  • Chronic neck tension with frequent headaches
  • Constant back ache & hip tension
  • Digestive problems
  • Breathing issues, shortness of breath
  • Tight joints
  • Sleep problems

Dont despair. Your body has an in-built healing mechanism that I can help facilitate you to access and reconnect with whenever you need through simple exercises and practices.

Meet your Facilitator

Glenn Polley

Glenn has been practicing both Qigong and Shiatsu since 1994 with an understanding that learning to listen to the messages the body is always sending, connects us to both a greater awareness and empowerment in our health and wellbeing.

For the past 10 years Glenn has worked with high needs disability and complex trauma in his clinical practice and has understood that the state of ones nervous system is fundamental in ones overall state of being. When it is 'switched on', it manifests in consistent areas of the body so he has put together a program of exercises that can be done simply at home to 'switch it off' and activate the body's innate healing mechanism.
