14 September
1.30pm - 5.00 pm
Deepen your feminine yoga practice and discover the wisdom goddesses of yoga.
Women only event

Awaken into the authentic woman that you are meant to be

Living in a patriarchal culture can leave women feeling constrained, limiting us into ways of being that are not our innate feminine nature. This can lead to feelings of hopelessness and dissatisfaction in our work, relationships and health.

Join Jane for a journey of discovering the goddesses of yoga and awaken your authentic feminine essence. Embrace your abundance, health, creativity and true feminine power on this transformative workshop.

In this Spring Goddess Yoga immersion we will invoke the goddesses of the season of Spring into our yoga practice.

Come and experience the beauty, abundance and bliss of Tripuri Sundari, Kamalatmika and Lakshmi!

I absolutely loved the practices that relate to the goddess energy and meaning. Dwelling in the space with goddesses and other women is the practice I wish for all women to inhabit. Jane is authentic, kind and knowledgeable - so a treat to be around.

Jane Mallick

Feminine yoga

After a successful corporate career in social health research and educational studies, Jane experienced a major health crisis and turned to yoga for healing. She is a dedicated and passionate yogini and has been practicing yoga for 40 years and teaching for 12.

Jane is inspired by the sacred feminine which has been instrumental in her healing journey.  In 2014, she discovered the Wisdom Goddesses of Yoga in her yoga teacher training with Lorraine Taylor. Since then, the goddesses have been a powerhouse of inspiration, support and healing for her which she now shares in her beautiful yoga workshops and retreats and online courses.

Jane has a great love for gardening and growing flowers which is a great source of inspiration for her teaching with the goddesses. She is super excited to now be welcoming women into the new teaching studio and gardens at Tara Springs.

No yoga experience is necessary. However, Yin Yoga can be viewed as a more ‘advanced’ practice, where it requires some mind-body awareness. If you are unsure, please contact Jane to discuss your needs and experiences to see if this workshop is for you.

This workshop is a deep journey into self healing, and it is important to allow time for integration. Please ensure that you schedule some time to your self on the Saturday evening and Sunday so as the integrate the healing and changes.
